:: Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan Republic
GERC has cooperation with Ministry of Economic development of Azerbaijan republic. We signed memorandum with Secretary of “The State Program for Socio-Economic Development of the Regions of Azerbaijan Republic” and cooperate on two projects in frame of the program. Also Center has cooperation with other secretary of the Ministry-Poverty reduction and sustainable Development.

:: German Technical Assistance Organization (GTZ) – Global Economic researches Center and GTZ with cooperation Ministry of Economc development are going to open Buisness Training Center In Lankaran Economic Region. This Project will last two years and GERC will be ecxecutive of activities implemented in the frame of this project. To clarify activiy profiles of Lankaran Business Training Center GERC conducted survey among the 90 companies of four regions of Lankaran Economic Region. Financial provision of Survey project were given by GTZ.

GERC with SGS International Company organized seminar on “ISO 9001:2000, The role of International standards in development of enterprises” for entrepreneurs in Lankaran region. The entrepreneurs of different economic spheres participated in the seminar.

Due to memorandum signed, GERC and Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan Republic will cooperate on preparation strategy on development of National Accounting Systems and accounting specialization

:: Chevron Oil company – On the base of given letter and adressedd grant application Chevron Oil Company provided university with technical facilities . Also hundreds of economic books printed in Moscow were given to the University in the frame of this project. This works were continued during 2003-2005 years.
